Refund & Replacement Policy for Damaged Books
At Sue Caterfly, we take great care in packaging and shipping our books to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes shipping mishaps can occur. If you receive a damaged book, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following:
✔️ The book was purchased directly from our official website.
✔️ The damage was caused during shipping and is not due to normal wear and tear.
✔️ You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔️ You provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Resolution Process
